Upside Down

The BMW stand in Tokyo was shaped by a thematic bipolarity between efficiency and performance. The theme “Efficient Dynamics” was spatially embodied in the front area of the stand in the form of a large roof. Opposite was the theme “Performance” with a low structure, which was very strongly connected to the floor. A “racing team” was set up in this superspace.
