The Wave

As part of the BMW exhibition for Expo 2000, the orchestration of a room-filling wave generated using a force field simulation became the metaphor for the dynamic power of clean energy. The wave’s lattice structure was one of the first constructions in the world to be produced individually using computer control technology and a mass customization process.
