Franken Architekten was planning the first mobile noodle bar in Germany for hospitality brand MoschMosch. The MoschMoschMobil is a fusion of high-tech and Japanese tradition, kitchen and culture. The roof elements with oriental lanterns create a diorama-like, transitory restaurant area with seating for around 35 guests and standing room for about 25 more.

Scenography is not confined to 
the stage or screen, nor just to presen-tation events and trade shows. It is a design approach, rooted in narrative, that can be applied as well to individual buildings and even to urban environments.
