- We wish to offer a harmonious atmosphere to create a friendly environment inside and outside the buildings. Landscaping and floral geometries take inspiration from Mother Nature - which literally as well as abstractly extends into the site. Smooth harmonious sequential transitions within a curvy building composition merge into one vivid continuous spatial experience. People seem to be attracted from the open plaza at Nguyen Phong Sac Street into the heart, or the magnet of the site, the central podium by a natural flow of energy. The people float through the interwoven building components of one coherent environment. One could compare those natural, continuous flows in the buildings to buoyant movement under water.

The podium has the shape of a lucky leaf and all the building shapes are deflections from this form. Softly formed indentions mark the podium entrances and smoothly drag people into the building with an inviting gesture.The required building density of the site is enormous. One needs to consider carefully distances between the buildings not to create a dead atrium in-between the two requested apartment blocks. That becomes the reason why we split the two residential volume into four blocks and partly rotate them to open up the atrium to the surrounding. The composition of apartments create maximum light conditions and distances to maximise light conditions and space between the buildings.
