The podium has the shape of a lucky leaf and all the building shapes are deflections from this form. Softly formed indentions mark the podium entrances and smoothly drag people into the building with an inviting gesture. The required building density of the site is enormous. One needs to consider carefully distances between the buildings not to create a dead atrium in-between the two requested apartment blocks. That becomes the reason why we split the two residential volume into four blocks and partly rotate them to open up the atrium to the surrounding. The composition of apartments create maximum light conditions and distances to maximise light conditions and space between the buildings.
